Service Description

Stroke Improvement and Refinement. Must be able to swim front crawl and back crawl 15 yards. Butterfly is optional and will be taught along with breast stroke and sidestroke. Primary focus will be on teaching and refining strokes, open turns, flip turns, and surface dives. Classes are M-Th for two weeks. Total of eight 40 minute group lessons.
